The Secret To Positive Feedback On eBay

Many people are wondering how powersellers can maintain a high positive feedback score on eBay. What's the secret everyone has been writing the eBooks about? Why does maintaining a high positive feedback score help you sell other items?

Why is feedback so important in the eBay community? First, buyers look at feedback scores of sellers to see if they may have problems once they purchase the item. If someone is selling an item and they have a lot of negative feedback it makes them wonder if they are going to have problems with their purchase. In the same token, if the seller has absolutely no feedback or very little feedback, that same question is still in the buyers mind.

Maintaining a high positive feedback score and at least a score of 100 helps to put buyers at ease. Once you hit a score of at least 100 people seem to be comfortable in buying your items. But let's say you are selling high ticket items on eBay. It would take quite a while to get a feedback score of 100 and you might not sell as many items because of your feedback. It's a cycle but how do you get over that hump?

Many eBay powersellers buy and sell ebooks. Ebooks are cheap and you can purchase many of them for very little money. In the same token, you can also sell many of them, as people are always looking to buy and sell these information products to help maintain a positive feedback rating. Whenever opening a new eBay ID always make purchases first. I suggest purchasing about 20-50 products on that ID. Of course, information products are always the cheapest way to go. When purchasing these ebooks, make sure you purchase ebooks with resell rights so that you can resell them on your eBay ID.

Once you have a score of 20-50 then I suggest it's time to start selling a few ebooks. This helps improve your feedback as a seller. Most people sell their ebooks through the private setting, so that when you go to sell your big ticket merchandise, the buyers see the positive feedback and the pos
